If you are applying as a Sole Proprietor, you’ll need to provide:

• Your first/ last name
• Your SSN as you Tax ID
• A valid business license # from your state
• Banking information for direct deposit payments

If you are applying as an entity other than a Sole Proprietorship, you'll need to provide:

• A valid business license # from your state
• Your Valid Tax ID (EIN) & tax classification information (selected from provided options)
• Banking information for direct deposit payments

If you are currently working with a Comcast Business Sales Representative, make sure to indicate that in your application, providing their name/ email address further in the application allows us to make sure to route your referrals accurately.

Don’t have a Comcast Business Sales Representative? No worries, one will be assigned to you before your application is approved.
